Spanish American Revolutions
It was very interesting to learn the revolution lasted twice as long as it did in the North America and this was because Latin American societies were divided by class, race, and region. Two of the major leaders were Simon Bolivar and Jose de San Martin. Women did not gain much from the indulgence struggle, but the did participate in many ways. Some women fought like man others cook or carry supplies. In Mexico woman weren't able to vote until 1953. Until then they had no rights. Catholic religion had a lot of influence in the Spanish revolution.
