Experiment with Freedom

It was interested to read how people's expectation of independence is very high it over exceeds the available resources. For example, many countries were culturally very divers with little loyalty to the central staring. The state has greater responsibility for economic development. Conditions like poverty and weak private economies, group and individuals looking for opportunities. The range of effort was immense: like, Communist party control in China, Vietnam, and Cuba; multi-party democracy in India a South Africa; one party democracy in Mexico, Tanzania, and Senegal. The economic disappointment of indepence also contributed to the erosion of support for democracy. For example, college and high school graduates were unable to find the white-collar careers they expired; urban immigrants had little opportunity to work; farmers received lower prices for their cash crops; consumers resented shortage and inflation; and millions of impoverished and malnourished peasants lived on the brink of starvation.

Collapse of western Humanistic Civilization

The collapse of western humanistic civilization included the following things:

  • Global Economies (Great Depression) crisis of capitalism. Some examples will be Stock market initially crushed out of skyscrapers, back closed, many people lost their life savings.
  • World powers- (WWI and WWII) crisis of humanary. WWI was the balance of power was expressed in two rival alliances the triple alliance of Germany, Italy, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Triple Entente of Russia, France, and Britain. WWII, it was a global conflict with independent origins in both Asia and Europe.
  • Enlightenment- crisis of values -equality, democracy, liberty,
  • Flivoshina Naggaki- crisis of science
  • Hale Cost, Nazi - crisis of values, power, control, leadership
  • Media Propaganda - crisis of director.
  • Loss of faith in humanity- crisis of humanity, no trust, no faith anymore.

Some of the causes of global war escalation:
  1. Systems of alliances
  2. Colonial empires
  3. Technology of killing

Global Communism

Global communism is a political and philosophical roots found in the nineteenth century by European socialism, inspired by the teaching of Karl Marx. Soviet Union was the first country to experience such a revolution. By 1970s almost one third of the world's population lived in societies governed by communist regiment. The victory of Vietnamese communists went over to the neighbors Laos and Cambodia, where then the communist parties took power in mid 1070s. In Latin America, Fidel Castro led a revolutionary nationalist movement against a repressive government in Cuba. Finally shaky communist regime took power in Afghanistan in 1979 prepped by massive Soviet military support. The Communist revolutions ere different, they were highly organized guided by Marxist ideology were committed to an industrial future and persuaded economics and political equality.

Industrial Revolution

The industrial revolution is science applied to production for example, Britain, where a variety of innovations transformed cotton textile productions. The great breakthrough was the invention of coal fired steam engine which provided an inanimate and almost no source of power beyond that wind, water, muscle was need it to drive any number of machines. In this revolution, we can see the rise of urban centers as caring for perfections. Transportation was another key point, new ways were developed, non renewal energy, new ways of working, new social classes and massive people who stressed on traditional families in rural life. Industrial revolution also had abused like child labor, and working conditions (like long hours, low wages, little protection). This revolution marked the new technique of production, making the economic growth and had environmental impact.

Christianity

In 1500, Christianity spread from Spain and England in the west to Russia in the east. Christianity was divided in two the Roman Catholics of Western and Central Europe and Eastern Orthodox of Eastern Europe and Russia. The Reformation began in 1517 when a German priest, Martin Luther (1483-1546) issued a coducment known as the Ninethy-five Theses. For Many people the life of Corruption and immorality of some clergy, the church's selling of indulgences has nothing new Christianity, European political and economic pension also benefited from Christianity. The catholic Spanish and Portuguese both viewed their movement which only recently they had completed the liberation from Muslim control.

The Mongols

The civilization of Islam operated without a dominant particular center is being more by sharing religious culture than by sharing state. Twice the civilization was threatened from outsiders. The most serous intrusion was during the thirteenth contrary and were the Mongols. The Mongols were homeless, they would settle or take over a land and their people without changing their beliefs and their religion. They never tried to spread their own faith among other people. The Mongols were also known for their subordination and for exploiting people, although, people what skills were put to work in ways it was useful to Mongols Authorities. The Mongols had one ruler and his name was Chinggis Khan. Chinggis built a powerful and organized army. In 1209 was the first major attack on the settled agricultural societies in southern Mongolia and set in motion for a Mongol world war. According to one scholar Mongol armies were better led, organized and disciplined than any other opponents. They had impressive discipline and loyalty to their leaders. The Mongols conquered people into their military forces. They also penetrated major civilization need quickly acquired Chinese techniques and technology of siege warfare. The element I the military effectiveness of Mongols forces led to growing purtation for a ruthless brutality and utter destructiveness. Mongols' success and ability to obilized both human and natural resources of their growing empire was impressive.

Commerce/trading

Trade was important because it connected people, economy was also a big factor because people would cultivate and sell to others what they did not have, for example, Africa imported source salt which it was essential to human diets. The Sahara in exchange for the gold of their region. Consumer from Egypt and Babylon, India and china, Greece and Rome would use trade for many things. Trade also  influenced political life. By giving power to one person or on creating a hierarchy within a group. Bottom line, the trade becomes the vehicle for the spread of religious ideas, technology, disease, and plants and animal to and from the regions. Three road was used for trading: one, Sen road, ships from content to continents using ships and most of the thing being traded were bigger and long distance. It went from Africa to India to Asia. Second, was the silk road, this road was used to transport silk, food, spices and small goods because the use horses and roads. People were able to do short trading or long one. People will be gone for days sometimes, just depended on the distance. The third road is the Sand Roads, this road went from East Africa to Africa and traded God, Spices, Christianity and as transportation they used camels and slaves.

Beginning in History

It was very interesting to learn about how evidence nowadays are showing signs of how people lived back in the days, there has been signs of how pole used stone blades and points fastened tools made from bones and grindstones. There was evidence found o hunting and fishing. It seemed like settlement were arranged around the seasonal movements of game and fish.  Also the movement of humans throughout Africa was interesting. 45,000 years ago, Africa led first to the middle east and then westward into Europe and eastward into Asia. The usage of boats started when human migrated to Australia around 60,000 years ago; they came fro Indonesia and settled in most regions of this huge continent. The settlement of the Western Hemispheres occurred much later than Australia’s. It happened between 30,000 to 15,000 years ago.
