The Mongols had one ruler and his name was Chinggis Khan. Chinggis built a powerful and organized army. According to one scholar Mongol armies were better led, organized and disciplined than any other opponents. They had impressive discipline and loyalty to their leaders. The Mongols conquered people into their military forces. They also penetrated major civilization need quickly acquired Chinese techniques and technology of siege warfare. The element I the military effectiveness of Mongols forces led to growing purtation for a ruthless brutality and utter destructiveness. Mongols' success and ability to obilized both human and natural resources of their growing empire was impressive.
